Example of a floorplan brochure for Bella Lago, a neighborhood of single-family homes at Oakwood Shores in Manteca, CA. Several neighborhood brochures were designed and printed to take advantage of a large format, double gate-fold layout. For budget efficiencies, the strategy required the layout format became a template for all neighborhoods and new communities. As-built edits to floorplans were treated as art replacement reprints. Brochure is printed sheet-fed, 4-color process + overall AQ on 100lb semi-gloss cover stock, scored and gate-folded.
