Community brochure for Classics Station 361, a collection of single-family and townhomes across from the train station #361. The overall size, 24" x 8", accordion folded down to a compact 8"x8" size. Printed on 110lb cover weight stock, 4-color process + spot varnish on the cover. The folded size was compact with the folded panels acting as story-telling slides.
