Presentation pocket folder, printed 4-color process + satin AQ, with saddle stitched brochure insert for this luxury apartment re-model project in Mesa Verde, CA. Vertical pocket was custom diecut with a half circle notch at open side, to enclose digitally printed floorplan and amenity sheets. The brand transparency effects required special mechanical preparation and trapping to produce the desired effects in different printing processes.
